About Me
Hi, I’m Sharon Leigh Gaither, founder of the Sustainable Gardens 365 Movement and a Soil-Less Indoor Garden Consultant & Coach.
I help individuals, families, and communities learn how to grow fresh food indoors year-round using practical soil-less growing methods suited to everyday life and small spaces.
I did not start indoor gardening as a hobby or trend.
At the beginning of the pandemic, I began growing indoors for personal health reasons and concerns about food recalls and transparency. My personal journey took on a deeper purpose when I saw a news report showing soldiers in uniform standing in food pantry lines at a large military installation. As a retired Army Veteran, that report deeply affected me.
It inspired me to create SG365M to build food awareness, share knowledge, and help others discover practical ways to grow fresh food at home.
Today, I teach beginner-friendly methods including mason jar hydroponics, countertop smart gardens, and vertical growing systems. Through educational resources, workshops, and community support, I help beginners take their first steps with confidence.
Here in my shop, you’ll find guides, coloring activities, and learning resources that encourage discovery and connect indoor growing with everyday life.
My goal is simple: to help you discover that growing fresh food indoors can be more achievable than you might think.
